Rotaro is a brand new fashion rental platform that is making waves on social media. It’s ideal for those looking for fashion-forward, insider-favourite labels. You can rent your bag, dress or jacket from 4 to 12 days.

Renting with Rotaro allows you to experiment with different styles, discover new brands and extend the life of a garment without creating waste.

3. HURR

Price range: £-£££

If you’re looking to rent high-end luxury brands such as Bottega Veneta, Cult Gaia and Jacquemus, Hurr is your go-to destination. It’s a peer-to-peer rental service with no central hub, which means lenders are responsible for posting, couriering, or exchanging items in person, giving you complete control. The cost of a seven-day dress rental starts from just £30 and items can be delivered by Pedals, a fully-green bicycle courier service in central London.

Because Hurr is so popular and rapidly expanding, most items are rented to the HURR community within the first 30 days.

4. Vestiatire Collective

Vestiaire Collective is a resale platform for luxury fashion items that was founded in Paris in 2009. The company acts as a middleman connecting sellers and buyers, ensuring quality and smooth operations, and most importantly, fostering a global community.

It's the world's largest and most comprehensive resale site for designer pre-owned items, that are authenticated by in-house experts. You might get lucky and find that Birkin you've been searching for...

5. Rebelle

Rebelle was founded in 2013 by Cécile Wickmann and specialises in second-hand luxury fashion with a concierge service. It also hosts shopping events in boutiques across Europe, where customers can purchase in person rather than online. We'll be sure to keep an eye out for the next set of dates for their shopping event.

6. Rewind Vintage

Price range: ££-£££

Rewind is the place to go if you're looking for vintage and unique, pre-owned luxury handbags and jewellery. The collections, carefully hand-picked by the team, include timeless classics from luxury  labels like Chanel and Celine, vintage treasures from Gucci and Hermès, and other one-of-a-kind items that you just won't find in a department store.
